The Supervisory Board of technotrans SE appoints Robin Schaede to the Board of Management. Schaede takes up his post as Chief Financial Officer in December and thus fills the one-year vacancy on the three-member Board of Management.

Robin Schaede is to become the new Chief Financial Officer of technotrans SE. Schaede succeeds Dirk Engel, who left the company at the end of July 2021, and completes the three-member Board of Management team after a period of vacancy. The 46-year-old was most recently responsible for the strategic, structural and organizational management and development of the group of companies as Managing Director and CFO at Medperion GmbH. Prior to that, Schaede, a Master of Science in International Business Studies, held various management positions in the international environment.

"With his many years of wide-ranging expertise in corporate development, operational and strategic controlling, and the implementation of cross-industry transformations, Robin Schaede will make valuable contributions to the further development of the technotrans Group," says Supervisory Board Chairman Peter Baumgartner.
