Gamma Vacuum's NEG (non-evaporable getter) pumps offer a full range of functional and ergonomic benefits for applications requiring cost-effective and reliable ultra-high vacuum conditions. Unlike most vacuum pumps, NEGs are gas-binding pumps. This is coupled with low energy consumption, low noise and no vibration. NEG pumps also have no moving parts and are therefore maintenance-free.
NEG pumps achieve pressures of less than 1x10-10 mbar. Due to the sintered NEG material, no disturbing dust particles are produced.
