The software update for the Coatmaster Flex speeds up the measuring process by a factor of three compared to its predecessor, so that measurements on moving powder-coated parts can be performed almost every second. This significantly reduces the amount of time employees spend taking measurements. In addition, the repeatability of measurements has been improved once again. When measurements are taken at the same points, the statistically induced fluctuations are now less than one percent.
Applications that are used particularly frequently can now be made favorites, which greatly simplifies the operation of the measuring device. In addition, the order of the applications can be individually adapted via the browser interface, making them easier to navigate. Thanks to the new software version, new applications can be created particularly easily with quick calibration in no more than three clicks.
