Wagner offers automatic and manual wet paint guns that are characterized by high application efficiency and economical use of materials. The new high-rotation atomizers for solvent-based and water-based paints can now also be used to implement highly automated wet paint systems and robot solutions. Their control technology has been optimized accordingly.
Better rinsing capability for wet paint pumps
The wet paint pumps have been improved in terms of their flushability. For example, the Cobra high-pressure double diaphragm pump: it has been optimized so that the required volume of flushing agent and the paint change time have been significantly reduced.
Focus on spraying and painting systems
The Wagner subsidiary Walther Spritz- und Lackiersysteme GmbH (known under the Walther Pilot brand) is also represented at the trade fair stand with products for material preparation and application technology. In powder coating, the focus will be on efficiency and automation. In manual coating, assistance functions help to ensure that even inexperienced personnel can carry out coating tasks. In the area of automation, visitors to the trade fair stand can find out how process reliability can be better guaranteed and how the path to fully automated coating is easier to master with axis and robot technology.
