Dr. Thorsten Dreier (Covestro), Dr. Silke Gotthardt (Bayer AG), Prof. Dr. Thomas Hirth (Karlsruhe Institute of Technology), Dr. Christoph Kowitz (Wacker Chemie AG), Prof. Dr. Doris Segets (University of Duisburg-Essen) and Dr. Jürgen Stebani (Polymaterials AG) are the new members of the DECHEMA e. V. Board.The members of the DECHEMA Board are elected for three years and represent the most important areas of DECHEMA in the groups "Apparatus and Plant Engineering", "Science" and "Chemical Industry/Biotechnology".
Dr. Axel Kobus (Evonik Operations GmbH), Hanau, Prof. Dr. Walter Leitner (Max Planck Institute for Chemical Energy Conversion, Mülheim) and Jürgen Nowicki (Linde GmbH, Pullach) were re-elected. Dipl.-Ing. Eva-Maria Maus (Hamilton Bonaduz AG, Bonaduz/CH) and Dr. Andreas Hoff (Evonik Technology & Infrastructure GmbH, Hanau) were re-elected as auditors and guests of the Executive Board for the 2024 association year.
