Sita Messtechnik GmbH has been researching and developing fluorescence measurement technology for the cleanliness control of components for 15 years. The company was founded in 1996 in Dresden by Prof. Dr. Lothar Schulze and has since become the market leader for measurement and testing technology as well as for quality assurance in component cleaning. The company has pioneered innovative technology for measuring the dynamic surface tension of liquids as well as solutions for quality-assuring process control in industrial parts cleaning.
The product portfolio varies from the handheld measuring device Sita CleanoSpector, the inline measuring devices Sita clean line CI to the highly automated production-accompanying testing system Sita FluoScan 3D. The latter enables highly flexible measurement sequences and is suitable for data collection and process capability testing of large component batches and different part types. On site to see: The Sita Dynotester+ and Sita ConSpector handheld measuring devices shown. The former measures surface tension and surfactant concentration and alerts when set limits are exceeded or not reached. The second monitors the degree of contamination of cleaning and rinsing baths.
