The TWS cleaning unit from Silberhorn removes cooling lubricants, oils, grease, chips and other contaminants from tools completely and without manual work. Silberhorn offers various tool carriers for the tools of machining centers - for example with the SK 32 or SK 63 cone holders. Alternatively, users can clean other components or derust screws in a compact basket.
Powerful spray cleaning
The Silberhorn TWS uses spray cleaning. The cleaning chamber contains a swivel register with flat jet nozzles. The movements of the register and the high kinetic energy of the nozzles ensure that the TWS meets all standard requirements for cleaning less complex component geometries. The liquid for cleaning comes from an integrated 150-liter tank. After cleaning, compressed air impulse drying ensures that the components are dry and ready for immediate use.
Simple operation and maintenance
The simple operation and maintenance of the Silberhorn TWS make it easy to integrate the system into everyday working life. With a footprint of just 0.76 m², the TWS can be placed next to any CNC machine. All parts in contact with the machine are made of stainless steel. The robust cover with gas pressure spring also simplifies operation.
