With the Multi Washing System Silberhorn MWS 4135, the finest chips and impurities produced during the grinding of metal components can be safely removed. The Multi Washing System can be efficiently and economically integrated into the production process. Silberhorn Maschinenbau GmbH will be exhibiting the MWS 4135 at this year's GrindingHub in Stuttgart.
Delivered assembled
Installing a conventional system for industrial parts cleaning on an aqueous basis has usually been associated with a great deal of effort and high investment costs. The new Multi Washing System (MWS) by Silberhorn is manufactured highly efficiently in series, can be delivered within a few weeks and arrives fully assembled at the customer's premises. The single-chamber cleaning system is very compact and fits into an overseas container. This saves transportation costs and ensures fast and therefore cost-effective commissioning.
4-fold swivel register for high cleaning performance
TheSilberhorn MWS 4135 is available as a stand-alone solution with manual loading, interlinked and integrated into line production via motor-driven roller conveyors or fully automatic with robot loading. The heart of the Silberhorn MWS is the cleaning chamber. It can be equipped with a specially developed 4-fold swivel register. The spectrum of the machine ranges from classic spray cleaning to pressure and scoop flooding to ultrasonic cleaning in two different frequency ranges.
