The DST - Dreh- und Spantage Südwest - will take place from April 9 to 11 in Villingen-Schwenningen. Silberhorn will be exhibiting the Multijet LC, for example. It cleans by spray and flood cleaning with one chamber and one tank and has an integrated drip tray. It is controlled via a touch panel from Siemens. Eleven different options can be selected, including ultrasonic cleaning.
Compact cleaning unit
The TWS cleaning unit is a compact system developed for the fully automatic cleaning and drying of tools on machining centers or lathes. It removes cooling lubricants, oils, greases, chips and other contaminants completely and without manual intervention. Silberhorn also offers a wide range of individual special systems, including continuous systems, robot cells, rotary table systems and immersion systems.
Keynote speech on MWS
On April 10, 2025, Bernd Lorscheider, Area Sales Manager at Silberhorn, will give a keynote speech on the topic of "Saving resources and money in parts cleaning" and present the Silberhorn MWS chamber cleaning system.
