Sensor+Test will take place in Nuremberg from May 6 to 8, 2025. The exhibitor booking situation is promising. According to organizer AMA Service GmbH, the top-class supporting program increases the attractiveness of the trade fair.
Diverse program of events
"Sensor+Test 2025 starts in seven weeks and our organization team is working flat out to create an event that will impress with its specialization," says Elena Schultz, Managing Director of AMA Service GmbH. The action program is diverse: The focus is on the Innovative Calibration Area, two top-class forums with numerous best-practice presentations, the new Condition Monitoring lecture series, the special Young Innovators area and the SMSI 2025 - Sensor and Measurement Science International Conference. "Visitors and experts can look forward to a concentrated package of knowledge and innovation," says Elena Schultz.
Innovative Calibration Area once again in focus
With the increasing number of sensors and measuring points, the topic of "calibration" is taking a central place on the agenda of many companies. At Sensor+Test 2025, visitors will once again have the opportunity to experience the world of calibration up close. In the Innovative Calibration Area, exhibitors will present a wide range of applications and services. From specialized calibration laboratories to leading institutions, all relevant players are represented. "Our aim is not only to present technological innovations, but also to promote professional exchange in order to advance the industry in the long term. Topics such as the International System of Units (SI), traceability, measurement uncertainty and the digital calibration certificate are the focus here," says Elena Schultz.
Focus on condition monitoring
Monitoring the condition of vehicles, machines and systems is one of the most demanding tasks for sensors and measuring systems. Sensor+Test 2025 is devoting particular attention to this central area of application. Solutions and systems that provide crucial data and diagnostic results will be presented at the trade fair. These form the basis for safe, efficient, environmentally friendly and economical operating processes. The spectrum ranges from retrofit solutions and condition monitoring through remote testing and predictive maintenance to machine diagnostics and AI-supported applications.
Sensor technology in practice
In the new "Condition Monitoring" lecture series, visitors will gain insights into how innovative sensors and measurement technology are used in practice to increase efficiency and safety in various industries. There is also great interest in the state-sponsored participation in the "Young Innovators" joint stand for young innovative companies. Here, start-ups are given the opportunity to present their new developments to a broad specialist audience.
SMSI specialist conference
Parallel to Sensor+Test, the third SMSI - Sensor and Measurement Science International Conference will start on 6 May 2025 in the Congress Center West of NürnbergMesse. This still young format brings together national and international representatives from research, science, industry and government institutions. Experts and young scientists from various countries will present their research findings and discuss ideas and future trends.
