With "spray mix technology", the material is applied using the ultra-high pressure process. Compressed air is supplied to the resulting preformed airless spray jet via the air nozzle to shape the spray jet and create a uniform droplet distribution. The ergonomic design of the SATAjet K 1800 spray mix and its low trigger force of 24 Nm enables fatigue-free working. It is lightweight and therefore ideal for continuous and time-intensive coating processes.
The new SATAjet K 1800 spray mix is available in three versions and different nozzle sizes for individual applications: without material tube, filter or nozzle, with material tube and filter short (100 msh) (without material nozzle) and with material tube and filter long (100 msh / without material nozzle). Optionally, a swivel joint is also available for both the material and air connections. This reduces twisting of the connected hoses and additionally facilitates painting.
