He accompanied the TOP 100 innovation competition, which was held for the 31st time, as a mentor. Contract finisher in electroplating

The company is a service provider for surface technology and electroplating. As a contract finisher, the company does not manufacture its own products, but improves the products of its customers. The company is run by Managing Director Franz Rieger, Commercial Manager Beate Dimter and Technical Manager Igor Rudel. The three of them meet regularly to discuss and drive forward innovations - such as the consistent digitalization of operating processes or steps to make the company energy self-sufficient in the future. This goal is to be achieved by 2025, and the first steps have already been taken.

Company wants to become energy self-sufficient

"We already have climate-neutral certification, but in future we don't just want to buy in green electricity, we also want to produce our own electricity," says Franz Rieger. As an entrepreneur, you are well advised to pursue your goals in the long term. "You can't expect every investment to pay for itself in the next year. The decisive factor is that it pays for itself over ten or 20 years," says Rieger.
