The new MXH series is the third generation of magnetic drive centrifugal pumps of its own design. It follows Hendor's M and MX series. The focus of the development was the sustainable design of all manufacturing steps. Thanks to the intelligent technology used, the pumps have high hydraulic efficiency, low energy consumption and up to 15% more flow rate. Or, for the same flow rate, an electric motor with lower power.
The bearings of the pumps have flushing channels. Pump casing and impeller housing are of full-radial spiral design. Flow stabilization in the electric motors of the heaviest version provides increased efficiency. The MXH series includes ten pumps made of PP or PVDF with power ratings from 0.55 kW to 4.0 kW. A variant made of FM4910-registered materials is available for fire protection applications. The centrifugal pumps have a low noise level of only 72 dBa at the Best Efficiency Point. The pump's bearing design is independent of the direction of rotation and the pump head can be rotated 45 degrees.
