Fourth quarter sales were already record-breaking, increasing 22 percent over the same quarter last year and 28 percent over the fourth quarter of 2019. "Our growth is driven by several long-term trends. These include the ongoing labor shortage and the growing awareness that automation is the key to higher productivity. In the process, we are not only winning new customers, but also receiving recurring orders from convinced existing customers who want to expand the use of cobots in their operations," sums up Kim Povlsen, president of the company.
He also expects strong growth in 2022: "Demand for collaborative robots will continue to grow, and our unique ecosystem is growing with it. By working with more than 1,000 independent partners - including component, kit and application manufacturers, certified integrators and distributors - we create innovative collaboration solutions that help us continue to grow."
