The new HiPace 30 Neo vacuum pump is the smallest in its class and is suitable for light gases. It is based on Pfeiffer Vacuum's patented laser balancing technology.

The new HiPace 30 Neo turbopump from Pfeiffer Vacuum is a small hybrid-bearing vacuum pump for compact analytical systems and portable applications. Thanks to its extensive gas throughput and high compression, it is suitable for light gases and has good pre-vacuum compatibility. Thanks to the balance quality of the rotor, which runs at up to 1,500 revolutions per second, the vacuum pump can be used without hesitation in vibration-sensitive applications.

Sustainability through material savings and sensor technology

Thanks to its more compact design and the associated material savings, the HiPace 30 Neo contributes to the sustainability of the manufacturer's turbopump portfolio. Thanks to the use of intelligent sensor technology, the pump is always operated with the best possible use of energy. Thanks to the smart control system, several pumps can be interconnected, meaning that upstream and turbopumps interact with each other. This means that an IoT-capable vacuum system can be implemented in just a few steps.

Compact and smart

Thanks to the AccessLink accessory interface with automatic accessory recognition, the system is ready for operation in just a few steps. The HiPace 30 Neo is equipped with a new high-performance lubricant. It has a higher resistance to ageing, optimized lubrication behaviour and higher temperature resistance. This ensures greater reliability in the application.
