Components for modern products are becoming increasingly complex and compact in virtually all industrial sectors. At the same time, the demands on the power density and reliability of the products are increasing. This results in a significantly higher sensitivity of the parts to contamination and machining residues from production. The required particulate and film cleanliness can therefore not be achieved with just one cleaning step at the end of production. Rather, it is necessary to evaluate each machining step, for example milling, forming, coating or assembling, with regard to its influence on the technical cleanliness of the overall product. For this reason, exhibitors at the parts2clean trade fair will present solutions adapted to the respective manufacturing step, component geometry and material at the Stuttgart trade fair center from September 26 to 28. And this is true regardless of whether preliminary, intermediate or final cleaning is involved.
An extensive supporting program offers visitors a wide range of information on the subject of parts cleaning. This includes the special "Technical Cleanliness" show organized jointly with the CEC (Cleaning Excellence Center). In addition to presentations and a program of lectures, the German Industrial Parts Cleaning Association (FiT) will be presenting the 2nd FiT2clean Award at its special show area. The award, which is endowed with 10,000 euros, honors outstanding achievements and innovative solutions for industrial parts cleaning every year.
