At parts2clean, Richard Geiss GmbH will be presenting the new Varibox 250, a double-walled safety container for hydrocarbon solutions and modified alcohols. Thanks to robust mono-materials, it is 99 percent recyclable. The blue Varibox contains only fresh goods, while the yellow box is used for filling with used goods. This visual separation is technically supported by different connections (3- or 4-pin coupling). With dimensions of 600 x 800 x 1,200 mm, the Varibox 250 can be stored in even the smallest of spaces. It can be transported with forklifts and pallet trucks and can be stacked up to a weight of 522 kilograms. The Connect version also enables digital monitoring.
Expansion in aqueous cleaning
Richard Geiss GmbH is also expanding its portfolio by integrating N2J CleanTech GmbH, a specialist in professional contract cleaning based in Leipheim (Bavaria). The acquisition strengthens Richard Geiss GmbH's expertise in aqueous component cleaning and accompanying laboratory services for process and quality control. In future, customers will have access to a significantly broader range of industrial cleaning services.
Specialized in contract cleaning
Another topic at the trade fair stand in Hall 10, Stand C28 is contract cleaning for the metalworking industry at the company headquarters in Offingen. Richard Geiss GmbH operates its own degreasing systems with high-purity recyclates that are 100 percent the same quality as the virgin material. Depending on the solvent, between 46 and 92 percent ofCO2 emissions can be saved compared to the production of virgin material.
