The cloud-based solution, which can be retrofitted at any time, enables process optimization in record time: The hardware can be easily integrated at workstations or machines and software access activated. Via a gateway, all integrated machines and workstations report their current status directly into the software so that analyses can be created and necessary measures derived. Individual dashboards make problems directly visible, roles and users are quickly set up and facilitate overview and access.
Metabo tested the new development as lead user for Werma GmbH. The conclusion: As an "out of the box" solution, the hardware and software is quickly ready for use and WeAssist can be easily integrated into the existing structure as a retrofit solution. Thanks to the cloud solution, the full overview is available anywhere, anytime and on any device. Metabo started at four of eleven workstations in battery assembly. This first implementation was so successful that three more workstations are now equipped with WeAssist.
