After the four-day course 'Certified Compressed Air Specialist Northwest' in September 2021 met with lively interest, Nordwest Handel AG initiated the first in-depth course 'Efficient Compressed Air Generation'. This took place in mid-June in Bochum and was aimed at all sales staff who had already successfully completed the certified Northwest Compressed Air Specialist Advisor examination. During the two-day course, which consisted of a combination of theory and practice, the participants acquired comprehensive, qualified expertise in all important areas of compressed air technology.
Sales and consulting for products in the field of compressed air technology and pneumatics are associated with a special technical challenge. Essentially, this concerns individual, competent customer advice, which requires an expert assessment of the respective application. The set-up of the workplace as well as sound knowledge of the technical properties, but also the valid legal regulations and standards regarding safety-relevant aspects must also be taken into account.
