Nilfisk will be exhibiting the new 3VP compressed air-powered product conveyor at the show. With a conveying capacity of up to 550 kilograms / h, it feeds process machines with powders and granulates. The implemented plug conveying method ensures that the mixture components are not separated despite different weights or densities and that the concentration of the components remains constant. PTFE-M class filters and a HEPA-H14 filter element allow safe handling of fine powders down to 0.2 µm. Installation is possible even in very confined spaces.
The CTS40 industrial vacuum cleaner is suitable for continuous operation in small spaces thanks to its maintenance-free 4 kW side channel compressor. It achieves an air delivery of up to 117 liters per second and a vacuum of 23 kilopascals. It is approved for dust classes L, M and H, so it can also be used as a safety vacuum cleaner - even in ATEX zone 22.
