Before joining LPW, Lepple was responsible for the commissioning of machining centers at Heller in Nürtingen for five years. At LPW, his responsibilities included the coordination of office and field service activities, the preparation of spare parts and conversion offers as well as the processing of complaints and warranty claims. In addition, he was largely responsible for the technical and organizational coordination of service activities across departments. Since January, he has been the central point of contact for the entire after-sales area for customers and business partners in Germany and abroad.
