Fein GmbH is launching the 500, 700 and 700 1.7 cordless multimaster models with the new AMPShare 18-volt system battery interface. The AMPShare 18-volt batteries ensure high power output. In addition, the so-called Coolpack 2.0 technology enables a 135 percent longer battery life than batteries without integrated heat dissipation. Thanks to Electronic Cell Protection, the battery is protected against overload, overheating and deep discharge.
Chief Innovation Officer Sebastian Schnaitmann calls the decision to open the Multimaster to the AMPShare battery platform an "extremely important step." This is because the company places a high value on high-quality and safe power tools with a long service life, he says. "That's why we also rely on the leading battery platform on the market - and we've found it with AMPShare," says Schnaitmann.
