Dr. Reinhard Völkel from Focuslight Switzerland SA was newly elected to the Board. At the same time, Matthias Lorenz, Deputy Chairman of the Board for many years, stepped down. He is succeeded by Bärbel Schilling, who was elected as the new Deputy Chairman.
New members on the Executive Board
The IVAM Board is now composed as follows: Dominique Bouwes (Chairwoman of the Board), Bärbel Schilling (Deputy Chairwoman of the Board), Dr. Albert Hasper (Phix B.V.), Martin Hovestadt (Jüke Systemtechnik GmbH) and Dr. Reinhard Völkel (Focuslight Switzerland SA).
New elections and anniversary
The new elections took place on May 21, 2025 as part of the IVAM General Assembly in Dortmund's soccer stadium. The General Assembly was held in conjunction with the IVAM Hightech Summit - one of the leading conferences in the microtechnology industry. The 30th anniversary of the trade association was also celebrated in a festive setting.
