Thermal management specialist technotrans SE is showcasing developments for the plastics processing industry at the K trade fair in Düsseldorf. These include the premiere of a highly efficient chiller series with frequency-controlled screw compressors and the demonstration of AI-based process data monitoring. The company will also showcase a further development of its efficient eco.line temperature control unit series, a new variothermal changeover and control unit, and live demonstrations of several units. technotrans is exhibiting for the first time together with the merged technotrans group companies gwk and Reisner.
Live on the stand, technotrans will also be demonstrating new possibilities for AI-based process data monitoring of injection molding machines and temperature control units. technotrans has also developed a cooling concept for the use of input energy with waste heat recovery. This is being used at the first production site of the Israeli company UBQ Materials in Europe to convert household waste. The resulting material is fully recyclable and, according to the company, is currently the most climate-friendly thermoplastic on the market.
