LPW's test and service center for precision cleaning at the company's site in Riederich was reopened. A fire had made a new building necessary.

Customer trials, contract cleaning and work on research projects now take place again on 380 square meters. "Of course, the fire was a shock at first. But we made the best of it and, in rebuilding, took the opportunity to bring the TDZ up to the state of the art and make it more future-proof three years after it opened," says Gerhard Koblenzer, CEO of LPW Reinigungssysteme GmbH.

The facilities were completely renewed and expanded. Among other things, the LPW ultrapure water system for supplying the laboratory areas and the final cleaning in the clean room can meet even the most stringent requirements from the medical technology, precision component manufacturing or automotive sectors. A central control technology enables the documentation of all process steps and environmental conditions. In addition to cleanliness analysis, semi-automatic preliminary tests can now be carried out on a CNp wetbench or on a CNp/ultrasonic double-tub system for chemistry selection/chemistry compatibility, for rinse tests and for process definition.
