Hengst Filtration continues to grow with the acquisition of the Linter Group, São Paulo. The Linter Group specializes in filtration solutions for keeping indoor air clean and improving water quality.

Following the acquisitions of Nordic Air Filtration, Delbag and the hydraulic filtration business of Bosch Rexroth AG, Hengst Filtration continues to focus on growth with the acquisition of the Linter Group. "With this acquisition, we not only underline our claim to leadership in industrial filtration, but with the filter applications of the Linter Group, we can also further expand and strengthen our vision of "purifying our planet" in the South American market," says Christopher Heine, CEO Hengst SE.

"Linter has impressed us with its strong growth in recent years and we are pleased to be able to acquire one of the three leading companies in the field of industrial air filtration in Brazil for the Hengst Group," said Heine. In the future, more than 3,600 employees will work for the Hengst Group at 22 locations on five continents. In the past year, total sales of 585 million euros were generated. Despite the current tense economic situation worldwide, Hengst Filtration expects sales of well over 600 million euros in 2022.
