At SPS 2025, Leuze will be presenting the RSL 200 safety laser scanner as well as new LiDAR and RFID solutions for automation, logistics and production.

At the SPS in Nuremberg (Hall 7A, Stand 230), Leuze is presenting the RSL 200, a new safety laser scanner that safeguards machines, automated guided vehicles and robots. With dimensions of 80 × 80 × 86 millimeters, it can be easily integrated even in confined spaces. Leuze will also be presenting over 20 other innovations from the fields of sensor and safety technology.

Focus on automation

Under the motto Smart automation, Leuze will be demonstrating from 25 to 27 November 2025 how modern sensor solutions can contribute to process optimization, positioning and AI-supported quality control. The aim is to increase system availability and simplify maintenance - key factors for efficient production and logistics processes.

LiDAR and RFID innovations

In addition to the new laser scanner, the LiDAR-based ROD 100, ROD 300 and ROD 500 series, which are used for object and contour detection as well as collision protection in AGV applications, will also be on display. With the RDU 500i series, Leuze will also be presenting new UHF RFID readers for conveyor lines, production lines and logistics systems.
