Lamilux among "Bavaria's Best 50

For the fifth time, Lamilux was honored as one of the 50 fastest-growing medium-sized companies in Bavaria. Hubert Aiwanger presented the award to the managing directors Dr. Dorothee and Dr. Heinrich Strunz.

The "Bavaria's Best 50" award honored the 50 fastest-growing medium-sized companies. "This award honors us and motivates us to continue to grow, to always look for new ways to create jobs and to further strengthen the training and further education of skilled workers," says Dr. Heinrich Strunz, Managing Partner of the Lamilux Heinrich Strunz Group (Image: Lamilux).

Lamilux was already able to receive the honor in 2011, 2013, 2016, 2019. The award, presented by the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, recognizes entrepreneurs who identify new opportunities for growth and employment and consistently implement them. One criterion is an above-average increase in sales and the number of employees. Since 2017, Lamilux has been able to increase its workforce from 895 to more than 1250 employees. Sales increased from 263 million euros in 2017 to 335 million euros in 2021.

Decisive for the award is also the company training. Lamilux's training concept aims to sustainably support trainees in their personal development beyond the technical qualifications of their training. A training quota of around eight percent and numerous awards for corporate social commitment show that Lamilux meets the high requirements of the award.
