The new DX series is Compair's answer to the question of how to reduce energy consumption in the production of compressed air. The DX Series offers a wide range of performance improvements that help reduce costs and, in parallel, improve reliability in applications where the highest level of air purity is required.
The DX series is available in both fixed and variable speed models. In addition, there are models ranging from 200 kW to 355 kW output and either air- or water-cooled variants. Customers thus have every freedom to find their ideal configuration. The newly designed compressed air connection ensures up to eight percent higher efficiency and improved volume flow. The optimized radial inlet design reduces pressure drop. Cooling jackets in both compression stages maximize heat transfer. Compared to other designs, the rotors also run at low temperatures. In the premium models, water in the cooling jackets ensures even higher efficiency.
