A company's old process water treatment system was reaching its limits due to increased capacities. The pump and control technology was also no longer state-of-the-art. A new plant had to be able to process more parts, but also be easier to operate.

For the treatment of process water after vibratory finishing, an automotive supplier has commissioned a new flocculation plant. Since only part of the process water passes through the filter press, it achieves high efficiency.
