Among other things, the focus at the trade fair will be on the new oil-free screw compressors from the CSG series. Synchronous reluctance motors with efficiency class IE5 and Kaeser's newly developed compressor block with Sigma profile make the systems particularly energy-efficient. The water-cooled version with the efficient i.HOC rotary dryer and integrated heat recovery utilizes the compressor heat twice, making it particularly economical.
Speed-controlled piston compressor
The i.Comp 8/9 is based on an innovative drive concept. The rotationally sintered PE cover conceals an oil-free piston compressor with a speed-controlled motor that always delivers the exact amount of compressed air required. In the Tower T versions of the i.Comp 8/9, the compressor block, air receiver, refrigerant dryer and Sigma Contorl 2 control unit are combined in a complete, ready-to-connect housing system. This makes them particularly suitable for small and medium-sized manufacturing companies.
Energy-saving refrigeration dryer
The Secotec energy-saving refrigeration dryers will also be on display at the trade fair stand. These are matched to Kaeser compressors. The compact systems made for industry ensure stable pressure dew points of up to 3 °C even under the harshest conditions. The powerful cold accumulator concept and the standard, network-compatible Sigma Control Smart controller ensure material-friendly and energy-saving operation in all load phases.
