Weber Ultrasonics AG presents the latest version of the Sonopower 3S generator, a solution for cleaning precision parts, lightweight components or additively manufactured workpieces. Designed as single-, dual- and multi-frequency ultrasonic, the Sonopower 3 S generator enables space-saving cleaning systems that are individually tailored to the workpieces.
Very sensitive surfaces, for example of medical implants, wafers or components for microsystem and battery technology, make high demands. To meet these, the megasonic variant Sonopower 3S Megasonic Boost with frequencies of up to one megahertz is ideal. Optional fieldbus interfaces integrated into the generator, such as Profinet, Ethercat and ModBus TCP, allow the ultrasound-specific process parameters to be precisely controlled and documented during cleaning.
