IN.STAND, the trade show for maintenance and services, closed its doors after two days. The theme of the trade show on October 18 and 19 in Stuttgart was challenges such as the demand for sustainability and resource conservation, retrofitting, and safety for man and machine, but also the shortage of skilled workers and supply bottlenecks. Particularly in the case of the latter, mobile maintenance solutions or intelligent spare parts management, for example, can provide a remedy. The trade show wanted to show what role maintenance plays in the success of companies.
At the IN.STAND Forum, knowledge was conveyed compactly in 30-minute technical presentations and an important transfer of knowledge was offered for maintenance and service engineers. The number of visitors remained at the same level as last year. The trade visitors were satisfied with the trade show: 93 percent stated that their expectations had been met. Gerrit Egg, Managing Director, WISAG Produktionsservice GmbH: "The subject of energy and the implementation of the necessary changes in practice were an important topic. We had many good discussions at the stand. From the first to the last minute, everything worked flawlessly here."
