The Airgenex paint dryers offer efficient technology, as they dehumidify in a defined temperature range of 20 to 75 °C using extremely dry process air and an individually adapted air flow. In this way, painted surfaces dry homogeneously from the inside out and cracks and craters are a thing of the past. Drying takes place in a closed system in terms of air technology and energy and is therefore climate-independent.
Harter dryers with heat pumps have been classified as sustainable technology since 2017, meaning that customers can benefit from state subsidies. Heat pump drying still has great potential, for example in terms of recycling. For example, operators can save 60-70% of their disposal and energy costs by drying sludge in an energy-saving way.
