Gema combines electrostatics and powder conveying in one powder center

Anzeige Virtuelle Messen | Created by BA

The highlight of the new powder management center from Gema is the fusion of powder conveying, control and electrostatics. By omitting the voluminous control cabinet, the new development requires very little space.

Gema's OptiCenter All-in-One powder center is equipped with the latest generation of OptiStar All-in-One gun controls, which combine electrostatics and powder conveying in a single, compact unit. The injector sits directly on the control unit, eliminating all pneumatic lines between the injector and the control unit. This results in space-saving system integration into the powder management center, from where up to 36 guns are controlled and supplied with powder. Since the voluminous control cabinet is eliminated, the floor space is massively reduced.

The OptiFlow injectors in the single-component cartridge design form a unit with the controls and are integrated directly into the OptiSpeeder powder hopper. The new injector convinces with a constant powder flow in the long term and has only one wearing part. The heart is the powder hopper, which optimally conditions the powder by fluidization. The enlarged and inclined container opening offers a free view into every corner of the container. A stepless level detection continuously monitors the powder level and doses the powder supply.
