For more than 40 years, Hellmann has been one of the leading manufacturers of energy-efficient production plants for various industries and supplies holistic solutions worldwide, from planning to assembly. Hellmann has expanded its product portfolio to include industrial and painting robots, paint booths, and the construction of automated coating systems including drying, and uses a 6-axis robot to simulate the painting process in its in-house technical center with various spray systems.
The time required for installation and commissioning at the customer's site is reduced to up to 30 percent of comparable systems thanks to modular design. As a further innovation, the plant manufacturer will present the further development of the eligible Hygrex drying processes for high temperatures at low humidities. These enable more efficient drying while reducing throughput times, especially for paint and adhesive drying and in electroplating. The application in practice will be illustrated by videos.
