For newcomers to wet paint: the Oltrogge painting license

Anzeige Painting and Coating | Created by BA

The shortage of skilled workers is noticeable everywhere. Oltrogge now offers a training concept in the form of the painting driver's license, which provides beginners with knowledge of application technologies and methods in the wet paint process.

Oltrogge has expanded its range of further training courses to include the so-called painting driver's license. The basics of all common painting processes in wet paint are taught in full-day basic training courses. The courses are aimed at inexperienced and unskilled specialists from the painting industry, but also at painting or vocational schools.

Immediate practical application of painting knowledge

The trainees can also put this knowledge into practice immediately, as the training is offered in Oltrogge's technical center, which is attached to the company headquarters in Bielefeld. Various products and solutions for these processes are available there, which can be compared and tested.

The subject of defect analysis

One part of the training also deals with the analysis of fault locations. This is intended to sharpen the participants' awareness of deviating painting results such as craters, orange peel or dust inclusions and show ways of analyzing possible causes and how to rectify them. The course will be rounded off with a refresher course on occupational health and safety. The first event will take place on 12.03.2024, with further events in May, September and November 2024.
