Flir presents the new cooled thermal imaging camera A6301. The camera reliably detects the smallest thermal deviations in process monitoring or quality control.

Flir, a Teledyne Technologies company, launches a high-sensitivity, cooled MWIR camera. The A6301 thermal imaging camera is designed for inspection and 24/7 automation applications. With its A6301 thermal imaging functionality, the camera is aimed at process control and quality assurance in the manufacturing industry. The camera captures high-speed movements of measurement objects with up to 20 times less exposure time. The short integration times of the A6301 improve yield and throughput time while maintaining consistent quality, even for critical measurement tasks.

Precise measurement of moving objects

The A6301 detects the smallest thermal deviations and precisely measures the temperatures of fast-moving measurement objects. This makes it a modern thermal imaging camera for demanding image processing applications. Machine builders, manufacturers and integrators can use it to increase throughput in production and reduce any rejects.

Long cryocooler service life

The camera interfaces, controls and connections have been developed in accordance with current industry standards. Simple, standard GEV and GenICam industry protocols facilitate use and integration. The cryocooler lifetime of approx. 27,000 hours maximizes the uninterrupted operating time of the camera, ensures reliable usability and minimizes costs for maintenance work on the camera.
