For hygienically safe cleaning and drying, warewashing technology specialist Hobart has developed a special product range that is optimized for the requirements of plastic products, as larger quantities of plastic containers have to be cleaned since January as part of the mandatory returnable offer in outdoor catering. Hobart's external drying for reusable tableware allows cups to be dried in as little as 120 seconds. Existing hood-type dishwashers can be easily upgraded with the drying solution.
