After the companies of the PCG Group, Plantag Coatings, Plantag Lacke and BLC Lack Chemie, were certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 three years ago, the first recertification was due last year. Once again, the companies were able to prove that the requirements of the customers have been met and that a functioning quality management system has been implemented and is lived in the company.
The auditors of the TÜV Nord certification body did not find any deviations from the standard at the monitored PCG Group companies. On the contrary, they even highlighted individual points as "best practice". Special praise went to the employees, whom the auditors described as "consistently interested and open to change and improvement". Managing Director Hanno Baumann was also satisfied. For him, the good rating is an incentive to maintain and expand the high level of quality.
