"The electronica Automotive Conference builds a bridge between two of the world's leading industry events. The electronica Automotive Conference will be hosted by electronica, the world's leading trade fair for electronics, on 10 September 2025 in Munich. The co-location brings the conference closer to the automotive industry. After all, semiconductors, sensors and other electronic components are key technologies for connectivity and electrification.
Focus on the value chain
Since 2006, the electronica Automotive Conference has been bringing together specialists and managers from the automotive value chain to discuss trends and challenges in the industry. "We are very pleased about the integration of the electronica Automotive Conference as a specialist event into the IAA MOBILITY. This will create a valuable alliance under the umbrella of Messe München," says Christine von Breitenbuch, Exhibition Director of the IAA Mobility at Messe München.
Mastering a comprehensive transformation
The automotive industry is undergoing a transformation of its global business model, which requires new solutions. Impulses are coming from the electronics industry, including for the areas of IoT & Big Data, charging infrastructure and smart mobility.
Impetus for the electrification of all vehicle classes
At the electronica Automotive Conference 2025, experts will address topics such as the requirements for the electrification of all vehicle classes, the interior and exterior lighting of a vehicle and the future challenges of a carbon-neutral, sustainable and circular supply chain along the vehicle life cycle. Speakers include experts from Audi, Continental, Infineon, Microsoft, NXP and Vishay. The keynote speakers include Peter Schiefer (President Automotive, Infineon), Philip Ibele (Executive Vice President E-Mobility, Bosch) and Georg Doll (CTO Automotive & Mobility, Microsoft).
