Each Edur pump is now equipped with a digital individual QR code as standard, which contains the pump designation and serial number as well as the year of manufacture and key technical parameters such as delivery head, flow rate or maximum permissible operating pressure.
Improve processes
Processes can be improved by providing technical data digitally. The data is quickly available directly on the pump and can be automatically transferred to your own systems. For example, it can be read out and used in product data or fault management.
Interface required
A prerequisite for using the new product card is integration into the factory's own digital infrastructure. This requires an interface, for example for product data management (PDM) or the merchandise management or ERP system. For example, the QR code of the pump could be scanned in the customer's incoming goods department so that the data is automatically made available for further processing in the system.
