Dürr’s international customer event will take place virtually and be broadcast over three days across multiple time zones. Participants will gain insights into current developments spanning the full paint shop lifecycle—from planning to operation.

A Holistic View of the Paint Shop

Dürr will present approaches that connect different process stages in paint technology. One example is the EcoQPower energy concept, which captures and distributes heat and cooling flows within the plant.

The goal is to improve the efficiency of energy flows and reduce resource consumption.

Digital Systems for Process Monitoring

With its DXQcontrol and DXQanalyze software solutions, Dürr will showcase systems for controlling and analyzing paint shops. These systems collect process data and support the assessment of plant performance.

Among other benefits, they can help reduce downtime and improve process monitoring.

Advances in Application and Drying

In paint technology, the company will also present further developments of established processes, including dip coating and drying technology. Systems such as EcoInCure and EcoSmartCure are aimed at enabling energy-efficient temperature control.

Dürr will also introduce new application solutions, including atomizer and robot systems as well as digital processes for customized coatings.

Digital Participation and International Format

The Open House is geared toward international customers and will be held as an online event featuring live demonstrations and presentations. Selected sites around the world will also be open to visitors.
