Together with the banks involved, Dürr's syndicated loan was increased and its term extended. However, the company has not yet utilized the cash credit line.

Dürr AG has increased the volume of the syndicated loan agreed in 2019 together with the participating banks. The mechanical and plant engineering company is thus taking account of its significantly increased business volume. The cash credit line now amounts to EUR 750 million instead of EUR 500 million and the guarantee line has been doubled to EUR 500 million. The loan agreement runs until 2028 and can be extended by two years.

While sales amounted to EUR 3.9 billion in 2019, the Dürr Group expects sales to increase by EUR 4.5 to 4.8 billion in 2023 and by a further 5 to 10 % in 2024. The cash credit line is used for general corporate financing and is currently completely unutilized. The guarantee line is used to secure standard obligations from mechanical and plant engineering to third parties.
