Dürr is presenting DXQenergy.management, a new product from the DXQ family, for the first time at Hannover Messe. It offers the possibility of centralized monitoring of energy consumption in a production plant, including detailed analysis of individual consumption. The intelligent energy monitoring solution also depicts energy flows in production and displays correspondingly converted energy costs.
One of three use cases presented at the booth shows the comprehensive logging of all available process data in interaction with products from the DXQanalyze product family. Using artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning, the software analyzes the data to detect potential errors or quality problems in real time. This prevents machine downtimes and optimizes maintenance.
