The Innovation Award is organized by VDE Verlag together with the German Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers' Association (ZVEI) and the Industry 4.0 Standardization Council. The award focuses on products that contribute to smart production. In a multi-stage voting process, the public and expert jury found that DXQanalyze more than met this criterion: The software can be used in new and existing plants, depending on the application.
In the highest expansion stage, the self-organization of a plant is made possible, for example via access to the PLC level and the stop of the production process. This allows the rapid elimination of problems and anomalies detected by DXQanalyze - without scrap production. "We see this award not only as a confirmation of our work, but also as a motivation to continue driving digitalization in paint shops and final assembly lines with our smart solutions," says Gerhard Alonso Garcia, Vice President MES & Controls.
