"This award is confirmation of Dörken's commitment to training," says training manager Amelie Ullosat. There are currently 56 apprentices and dual students learning at the company. Right from the start, they are integrated into everyday working life and become part of the workforce. "This allows them to take on responsibility directly and gives them the opportunity to really get to know their future profession," explains Lys Vormann, who, as Recruiting Officer, assists the trainees during their training.
The practical training program has convinced the personnel consultancy AUBI-plus again this year, so that the family-owned company has been awarded again. Fahd Dawd, who has been completing a dual study program in industrial engineering since 2021, praises the supportive learning culture and the open working environment that leaves room for development. Elekroniker trainee Marcel Heckmann finds it positive that great attention is paid to the trainees' well-being. The good interaction with the trainees makes Dörken the "Best Place to Learn" for him.
