For a wide range of storage purposes and quantities, Denios offers collection trays, small container trays, filling stations, surface protection systems, hazardous material cabinets, hazardous material depots and hazardous material shelving made of high-quality polyethylene. Thanks to the material properties of PE, these are ideally suited for the safe storage of aggressive chemicals such as acids and alkalis, as well as substances of all water hazard classes.
PE products from Denios SE consist of rotationally molded plastic components. Powdered thermoplastic is heated to the melting point in hollow molds. By rotating the molds, the liquefied thermoplastic is deposited layer by layer on the walls of the mold. The molds are made in the company's own tool shop. Only materials with the appropriate approval are used in production.
