In order to realistically assess the strengths of its own training and better identify challenges, Denios participated in the 'Best Place to Learn' certification this year. The assessment is based on an online survey conducted by the company AUBI-plus. It covers seven quality areas and 70 quality criteria. In particular, it looks at the company training process, training content, professional learning, the competence of training staff and integration into the company process.
"We are very pleased that trainees and us are among the TOP training companies. For us, this award is an important assessment of where we stand, in order to reveal potential and improve further," explains Helgard Meffert, Head of Human Resources at Denios. Training qualified junior staff is a high priority for Denios as a specialist in hazardous materials storage.
