Innovations in vision technology, sensor technology, as well as measurement and testing technology will soon be on display in Stuttgart. On the agenda of the Control trade fair are software, AI-supported processes and automation.

The quality assurance (QA) industry is preparing for Control 2023. From May 9 to 12, four trade fair halls in Stuttgart will once again become the business meeting place and technology center for the QA industry. Current topics include software, inline inspection processes and AI-supported systems. Control provides a compact and structured overview of QA solutions. To meet the current challenges of industrial manufacturing, modern inspection technology must be integrated into automated and digitized processes. It supports autonomous process flows as well as zero-defect production, individualization, material conservation and sustainability.

The events accompanying the trade show with the Fraunhofer Institute's research facilities, Fraunhofer Allianz Vision and Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation (IPA), are part of the supporting program at Control. They support technology transfer and showcase both ready-to-use developments and concepts for the QA of tomorrow. With the title "AI in Application for Sustainable Production - Possibilities and Limits of AI in Quality Assurance", the Fraunhofer IPA event forum makes applications with artificial intelligence (AI) processes the topic.
